CC&R Compliance Requested

• Are you contemplating an addition or remodeling to your existing home?
• Do you wish to install a fence to enclose your lot, yard or protect your garden?
• Do you wish to repaint your house in another color?
• Do you wish to build a deck, tool shed or accessory building on your lot?
• Do you wish to place a new kerosene or diesel tank outside your home?

If you fall into one of the above categories, you are required to get written approval from the Environmental Control Committee ( ECC ) prior to commencing work. You will also need a Siskiyou County Building Permit if construction warrants a building permit. The ECC is here to insure and help you to proceed with your improvement in conformance with our governing CC&R regulations and documents.
