The LSPOA is the largest homeowners association
in the Lake Shastina area with approximately 3200 lots, and comprises
most of the area around the golf course and east side of the Lake
Shastina. The LSPOA has a community center located off Lake Shore
Drive at 15244 Driftwood Lane, which has community events as well
as private parties. Also at that location is the LSPOA boat launch
ramp for the lake.
The LSPOA also has walking trails and a major
park facility for community residents. The Administration building
for the Association is located at 16320 Everhart Dr. and the contact
phone number is 938-3281. All governing documents for the association
are available there as well as a payment center for paying homeowner
association dues. Dues are billed quarterly or semi- annually
depending on the improvements.
All streets within the Association area are
private and the Association maintains the streets and the drainage
within the LSPOA boundaries. The association also maintains all
open space, entry areas and parks, as well as the Community Center
and Boat Launch.
The Association Board of Directors meets monthly
on the second Wednesday at 5 pm in the Administration building
Board Room. All members are welcome to attend.
